All-Star Pork Meatballs

Ingredients:

1lbground pork
1Tbsonion flakes
3/4tspcrushed corn flakes
1/2tspsalt
1/8tsppepper
1wholeegg
1/4cupcatsup
3Tbsbrown sugar
1tspdry mustard

Method:

Preheat the oven to 375F.
In a large bowl, combine ground pork, onion, corn flakes, salt, pepper and egg.
In a small bowl stir together catsup, brown sugar and dry mustard.
Spoon 2 tablespoons of the catsup mixture into the pork and mix well.
Spray muffin tin with vegetable cooking spray. Form 6 meatballs and place in the muffin tin.
Coat the top of each meatball with the remaining catsup mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 375F.
